She brings more than seven years of experience in residential real estate and property management, with a strong track record of helping teams improve the way they work.

In her previous agency, Alex managed a large portfolio of properties while also taking on leadership responsibilities across training and systems implementation. She played an active role in onboarding new property managers and rolling out new products and processes to improve day-to-day operations. Her ability to connect technology with practical outcomes quickly made her a trusted source of support and guidance.

Today, Alex works closely with offices across her region to help them get the most out of the Raine & Horne product suite. Through practical training, clear guidance and a hands-on approach, she helps teams build confidence, improve consistency and work more efficiently.
