Carol Yardemian is a Network Engagement Partner at Raine & Horne, supporting offices across New South Wales. She brings ten years of real estate experience, with hands-on knowledge spanning leasing, property management and sales.

Carol first joined the Raine & Horne network in 2015 at an office on Sydney’s North Shore. She began as a Leasing Officer before progressing into property management administration, where she supported and trained a large team. She later moved into sales administration for a team of five agents before becoming a Sales Associate, providing direct support to her sales pod and assisting other agents as needed.

This broad experience gives Carol a strong understanding of the full property journey and the day-to-day challenges faced by both agents and property managers. In her role, she helps offices work more effectively by providing practical support, product guidance and training that drives confidence, consistency and better results.
