Our team sells, manages and leases factories, office space and retail shops across the Macarthur area and beyond.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a driven junior, detail orientated individual to learn and grow with our business from the ground up.

Location:  Campbelltown CBD - Car Parking provided

Work Type:  Full time Monday to Friday. No weekend work!

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person with exceptional customer service skills, to be our first point of contact for our Campbelltown office. This is a junior entry level administration position, for a hard-working candidate who is ready to kick start their career in Office Administration and gain Commercial Real Estate experience.

Each day, you will support the effective operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to both the Property Management and Sales & Leasing teams.

This position offers a potential pathways to progress your career in Administration, Property Management or Sales & Leasing.

About the Role:

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Answer phones and respond to client queries
  • Book and manage appointments
  • Manage mail distribution and client correspondence
  • Preparation of documents, general letters/emails, internal office forms, upkeep of records and registers
  • Support both our Property Management and Sales & Leasing departments with a variety of administration tasks
  • Ad hoc general administration duties as required

 About You:

  • Excellent phone manner and professional presentation
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and effective time management abilities
  • Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic, self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Positive-growth mindset and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
