Raine & Horne was founded in 1883 and has expanded and evolved since that time into a multi-national organisation and one of the world’s most substantial real estate networks.
Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith was established in December 1991 to specialise in commercial, industrial and retail shopping centre sales, leasing and management.
At present, our office proudly employs over 40 commercial real estate professionals across New South Wales and Queensland, making us one of the largest and most highly skilled practices within the Raine & Horne Commercial Network. Our mission has always been to offer our clients the experience, knowledge and services that were once exclusive to corporate CBD agencies.
We take immense pride in our accolades, having been recognised four times as the number one Commercial Office in the Australian Network at the Raine and Horne National Awards. Additionally, in 2020, we were honoured with the Most Outstanding Real Estate Agency - Penrith City at the Local Business Awards.
