Celebrating Excellence Across Our Team

We are incredibly proud to share some outstanding achievements from across the Raine & Horne Commercial network, recognising the dedication, professionalism and passion of our team.

Firstly, a huge congratulations to our Managing Director, Colin Henry who was awarded the prestigious Max Raine Award - the highest individual honour within the Raine & Horne group. This recognition is exceptionally well deserved.

During the presentation, Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne delivered a memorable speech highlighting Colin’s decades of dedication to the brand, his unwavering commitment to both his team and the local community and his genuine passion for the industry. Colin’s continued drive to grow and evolve the business, including the recent launch of Retail Services, was also acknowledged. His leadership, mentorship and ability to build lasting relationships were rightfully celebrated.

We are also proud to recognise the following individual achievements:

• Liz Prasad - Chairman’s Club Salesperson and ranked #3 Top Commercial Leasing Agent (Leasing Dollar Value)
• Ravi Kalsi - Commercial Best New Talent

These accolades reflect an exceptional level of commitment and performance - an incredible effort by all.

Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith was established in 1991 and manages in excess of 230 commercial assets within
New South Wales and Queensland, accommodating in excess of 950 tenancies. Our total rent collections
exceed $120 million per annum and the total area of properties under management exceeds 365,000 square
metres. Our clients include major corporations, public institutions, privately managed superannuation funds and high net worth individuals.  We employ over 40 staff members.
